In partnership with ZINCALUME Tata BlueScope, wall sheets and roof panels are made from marine-grade ZINCALUME-Silicon Alloy steel of AZ 150 or AZ 200, which provides the best surface protection against corrosion even in the harshest environments, such as coastal regions or areas with a lot of rain or snowfall. Depending on the application, it is provided with a minimum yield strength of 300 MPa to a minimum of 550 MPa. The AS1397, ASTM A792M, IS 15961, and ISO 9364 standards are all met by ZINCALUME.
Our ZINCALUME Bolted Panel Tanks are made with the highest quality MOC steel, which has a coating of 1.5% silicon, 43.5% zinc, and 55% aluminum. As a result, they are often referred to as galvanized or zinc-aluminum tanks. It is robust, durable, and light in weight. The ZINCALUME sheet is covered by a 10-year corrosion warranty and has a lifespan of about 40 years. Compared to galvanized steel, these tanks can survive up to four times longer. Any design can be customized for any of our tanks to meet the needs of the customer.
